Bite and Scratch Release Form

Belly Rub N Grub welcomes the public to interact with their rescue animals. To limit unnecessary distractions, we only offer in-person visits, by appointment only. Before a scheduled visit, we require that all potential Paw-rents complete and submit the Bite and Scratch Release Form, before any face-to-face visits with our adoptees can be allowed.

Exercise Caution

I understand that I should use caution around my adopted or foster dog/cat. It may take some time for the dog/cat to become comfortable and adjust to new people and a new home. Even a dog/cat that appears to be good with children and other animals, may take some time to adjust. Exercising Caution Around Children

Use extreme caution around children. At any time, a child could provoke a dog/cat to react in a negative way and cause the dog/cat to defend itself or its possessions if feeling threatened. Strict supervision is a must when children and the dog/cat are within the same area.
