Sponsor Application Form

Would you like to sponsor a rescue pet? Well, you can now. Simply complete and submit your request to become a sponsor of a dog or puppy, or maybe a cat or kitten. You can sponsor one, or as many as you wish. As a sponsor, we will send you occasional updates and photos of your sponsored rescue, and will notify you when the rescue has been adopted. We offer one-time sponsorships, as well as monthly and yearly sponsorships. Thanks in advance for helping out our non-profit pet rescue organization.
